The brief GreeNest set for this site was a mixed-use block rather than a tower in a compound: two buildings sharing one frontage and one basement, retail wrapped along the Lower and Upper Ground floors so the street stays active into the evening, and the homes lifted clear of it. Parking is pushed underground and reached by ramps, which frees the entire ground plane for shopfronts, a paved promenade and a lit entrance portal instead of parked cars.
Design is in the hands of Arckitude Studio, an architecture and urban design practice at Royale Fortune 301, Off PAN Card Club Road, Baner, Pune 411045, who drew the approved layout for Survey No. 26.
